I found these AMAZING quotes by Gerard Way and Frank Iero. It doesn't matter that they were said by Gerard Way or Frank Iero, I just love them and I think they are words to live by. Oh, and yes I censored them slightly. Just because my mom doesn't want me to say the f-word on here. Believe me, if I could I would. I have the biggest potty-mouth ever. I kinda have a f-off attitude towards life and idiots in general. Plus to anyone who doesn't like Paramore, Cobra Starship, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, or The Hush Sound. Guys you are missing out. Ok, rant over. Enjoy the quotes.

"Hey girls, you're beautiful. Don't look at those stupid magazines with sticklike models. Eat healthy and exercise. That's all. Don't let anyone tell you you're not good enough. You are good enough, you are too good. Love your family with all your heart and listen to it. You are gorgeous, whether you're a size 3 or a size 14. It doesn't matter what you look like on the outside, as long as you're a good person, as long as you respect others. I know it's been told hundreds of times before, but it's true. Hey girls, you're beautiful." -Gerard Way

"If you or anyone you know are severly depressed, you need to f***ing talk to somebody, your best friend, your mom, someone at school, I don't give a f***, because pissing your life away on suicide is f***ing bullshit." -Gerard Way

"This is definitely a band that wants to save your life." - Frank Iero

"I don't give a shit what happened to you. I don't care if your girlfriend left you, your boyfriend dumped you, you lost your job, you can't get the stupid f***ing show (theres always going to be other shows, man...theres always other shows) There is nothing worth taking your life over- nothing at all. Call your mom, call your best friend or dial 1800SUICIDE" -Gerard Way

"Be Yourself, Don't take anyone's shit and never let them take you alive..." - Gerard Way

"If for one minute you think you're better than a sixteen year old girl in a Green Day t-shirt, you are sorely mistaken. Remember the first time you went to a show and saw your favorite band. You wore their shirt, and sang every word. You didn't know anything about scene politics, haircuts, or what was cool. All you knew was that this music made you feel different from anyone you shared a locker with. Someone finally understood you. This is what music is about." -Gerard Way

"On this tour, I saw someone in the crowd who was completely cut up. That changed everything right then. I'm worried that people might think they have to do something like that to come to our shows. That they have to go through that in order to fit in. I hate to think that there's anything about this band that would encourage anyone to do that to themselves." -Gerard Way

"You should never want to hurt yourself. You should love yourself. Sometimes you have to kind of die inside in order to rise from your own ashes and believe in yourself and love yourself and become a new person and I think that that is going to be a lot of what the next record is about, not to plug it or anything. Like, it's going to talk about dying and coming back to become what you totally want to become. We are all becoming what we want to become." - Gerard Way

"We never want to let a single thing hurt any of you. If you support us... you are not a cult. You are a f***ing army." -Gerard Way

"I always thought of us as just a rock band. I think a great rock band could really play any type of song it wants, and to categorize us along with other bands that can’t do that, I find to be disappointing. Let’s say they’re calling us emo. If we’re emo, then what else is like us? I don’t hear anything. I don’t hear anything as eclectic and fearless. So I think it’s inaccurate." -Gerard Way

"Life is very, very short, and you can choose to live it how you want. You can choose to dumb yourself down and not express yourself just so you can fit in, just so people won't dislike you. Or, you can f***in' live." -Gerard Way

I love this band even more now. I'm glad they actually have the feelings and beliefs and experiences that go into their songs and are not making up bullshit to sell CDs.
Music has somewhat changed my life. I wouldn't say saved it, but it really changed my life for the better. Horses really did the life saving.

Please check out My Chemical Romance. For me. I know you won't be disapointed. If you do check them out I will love you forever and possibly make you cookies.

OK, even though I'm old, I'll check them out. :) But the cookies have to be chocolate chip. Maybe my son knows of this band which you speak...
